Work planning framework

This framework defines the UNISDR Planning mechanism. The purpose of this framework to ensures that UNISDR’s processes, products and services contribute to the achievement of desired results (outputs, outcomes and impacts). It defines the tool to improve the design of interventions that involves identifying strategic elements and their relationships that may influence success and failure. It thus facilitates planning, execution and evaluation of a UNISDR’s intervention.
