Abra Province, Bukidnon Province, Cagayan Province, Camarines Norte Province, Cotabato Province, Ilocos Sur Province, Kalinga Province, Maguindanao Province, Mountain Province, Northern Samar Province, Nueva Viscaya Province, Occidental Mindoro Province, Oriental Mindoro Province, Palawan Province, Rizal Province, South Cotabato Province, Southern Leyte Province, Zambales Province, Zamboanga Del Norte Province, (plus Albay signed up again).
