New Tool Enhances Resilience for Serbian SMEs

After several months of intensive work, Central Bosnia Canton has finalized its Cantonal Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction for the period from 2024 to 2030.

The EURESFO 2024 in Valencia, Spain, saw active discussions and exchanges. UNDRR Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia brought four cities and one region (oblast) from Ukraine, participating in the MCR2030 to the Forum with USAID's support.

Suriname's development framework, as outlined in the National Development Plan 2017-2021, underscores the country's commitment to disaster risk management and climate change action.

This innovative tool allows for the identification of gaps and opportunities, the definition of priority actions, and the promotion of community participation in integrating specific measures into territorial planning instruments.

The Global Assessment Report (GAR) 2025 will measure the cost of not investing in resilience for people the planet and prosperity.
