International Day for Disaster Reduction - 10th edition of the UN Geneva Seminar Series

The United Nations Information Service in Geneva will organize in cooperation with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR), a two-day seminar on "Reducing Disaster Risks to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals", on 12 and 13 October 2017, 9:00 until 17:00. 

The aim of the United Nations Seminar Series is to deepen people's knowledge on the activities of the United Nations and on its priorities and challenges in the years to come. These seminars are held over two days at the United Nations Office at Geneva and comprise a series of panel discussions given by experts, followed by an open debate.
