Finance ministers and representatives of Commonwealth countries meet in Bali

Speaking to Commonwealth Finance Ministers and senior officials representing 53 countries, the UN Secretary-General's Special Representative for Disaster Risk Reduction and head of UNISDR, Mami Mizutori, focussed on the need to improve accounting of economic losses from disasters to better guide disaster risk management strategies.
