It is our intention to engage official governmental, institutional and professional bodies in order to create and publish documents with the purpose of sharing information on assessment, monitoring, prediction, forecasting and early warning purposes, as well as action between the public and private sectors, including through cooperation with UNDRR, its partners and other international, regional and national actors.
Tudor Rose is a member of the Disaster Risk Reduction - Private Sector Partnership (DRR-PSP) and has committed to the 5 Essentials for Business in Disaster Risk Reduction.
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
