The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) is an international organization established with a vision to promote peace and common prosperity among Japan, The People's Republic of China (China), and the Republic of Korea (ROK).
Upon the agreement signed and ratified by each of the three governments, the TCS was officially inagurated in Seoul, the ROK, September 2011. The TCS aims to serve as a cooperation hub for trilateral cooperation that encompasses the broard spectum of sectors and actors.
The overarching objectives of the Trilateral TTX is to increase mutual understanding if humanitarian assistance and disaster relief mechanisms and processes of the affected country and assisting countires in response to a large-scale natural disaster.
Pursuant to the decision of the leaders of Japan, the ROK, and China at the 4th Trilateral Summit held in 2011, the TCS organizes and facilitates an annual exercise called Trilateral Table Top Exercise (TTX) on Disaster Management from 2013.

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
